Terms of our guaranteed credit line
You now have the chance to obtain a $5,000 line of credit with the GIFTS & NOVELTIES DIVISION of the National Wholesale Company (NWC), Inc. The credit line can help you increase your purchasing power and extend your available capital for your business. In addition, it can establish a solid credit history for your business, which will improve your own credit rating and will help you gain access to many other credit sources, in the future.
How the Credit Line works: On any order over $100.00, you may use your credit line. Simply submit the order with the appropriate down payment (including the full shipping charge).
The balance of the order will be charged against your credit line. The total amount financed will be due net 30 days. Each invoice will be payable 30 days from our shipping date.
NOTES: Accounts that pay on time regularly will be eligible for 0% down credit, on all items carried by NWC, Inc. It is important to maintain a timely payment history.
DOWN PAYMENT: Initially, you will be asked to pay 50% of the wholesale price as a down payment; however, this percentage will decrease as you establish a good credit history. When your total purchases (i.e. paid in full) reach certain levels, this percentage will be gradually decreased. Following is a list of how the down payment percentages will change your total dollar purchases:
TOTAL DOLLAR PURCHASES DOWN PAYMENT
$0 - $5,000 ---- 50
$5,000 - $7,500 ---- 35%
$7,500 - $10,000 ---- 20%
Over $10,000 ---- 0%
Once you have reached $10,000 in purchases, you will be eligible for 100% financing, and you may be eligible for financing on many name brand products offered by NWC, Inc.
Shipping: You will be required to pay in full, the shipping charge on all purchases, up front.
